MEET THE FOUNDERS
In her 25-year corporate career, Misha was responsible for the management of various C&I portfolios that included commercial real estate and asset-based lending. She managed substandard loans with an emphasis on debt restructuring, turnaround, rehabilitation, and liquidation of troubled assets. Previous employers include, Bank of America, IFF, Urban Partnership Bank, Illinois Service Federal Bank and Bridgeview Bank Group.
Misha graduated from the University of St. Francis with an Ed.D in Leadership, Learning, and Stewardship and from Roosevelt University with a MA in Economics and a BS in Business Administration.
Robert B. Rose Jr. (Rob)
Managing Director
Dubbed "The Change Maker" by Chicago Splash Magazine, Rob has spent more than 15 years cultivating a unique expertise in real estate, community development, land use and finance. Rose Capital was created to address the lack of responsible capital available to community-based developers.
Rob received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from St. Edward's University and a Master of Business Administration degree from The Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University. Rob is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
